Hajduk Youth System

I see Hajduk Split junior team have finished third in a youth tournament in France which had clubs like Lyon, Lazio, Benfica and a good solid Cameroonian club which is known for their good young players.

But, why does Hajduk never use these players? Why do they let them rot in Solin, Mosor, Imotski for a couple of seasons and then let them go for no money to other clubs and some become decent players (Vulin, Vitajic, Lozo, Lakic etc..)

Hajduk have losers like Granic, Cimirotic and other older players with no more skill playing and yet the juniors are very successful and they have no chances to play.

Selak, Makarin, Ljubicic, Kristic and Rasic can all be used, but unfortunately they will be probably sent to Imotski and Hajduk will forget about them

Because we don't have a professional and competent club management ..

we have a rubbish of people but we can't do anything because they
protected by government and 'law' ..
